For years I've been helping facilitate a fun, interactive event for schools that culminates in a reward program that is stimulating, exciting, and has the entire school talking - and the whole thing can be done on a ridiculously small budget (seriously, as small as $20 total). “Escape Rooms” are a common attraction at cities all over the world. Now you can turn your library into a literature-based escape room as a fun reward for top readers, or as a school-wide event involving solving puzzles, playing games, discovering mysteries, and making the fantasy realms found in books actually come to life for your students. In this session, you'll learn various ways of running the event as well as lots of mind-challenging puzzles you can make yourself.
